Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales/retail leadership.
• Results- and sales-driven mindset.
• Experience with full-cycle talent management.
• Passionate about customer service and campus relations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; travel 10%-50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and results within a geographic market.
• Analyze merchandising and lead presentations and plan execution.
• Lead floor moves, stock, and merchandising presentation.
• Mentor and train team members in visual merchandising standards.
• Develop campus relationships and participate in events.
• Ensure university licensing brand standards.
