Job summary

Clearwave is seeking a Senior Market Manager to drive growth across multiple markets. You will analyze market performance, identify opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate priorities into results while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate will be located in Alabama and can work remotely with travel. You will own market assessments, improvement plans, and cross-functional execution to increase subscribers, ARPU, and revenue per customer.

• Experience leading initiatives across departments and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Market performance and planning: assess penetration, churn, ARPU, and order fulfillment to prioritize opportunities.
• Diagnosis and problem solving: use data and field input to identify root causes and suggest actions.
• Subscriber growth: collaborate with Sales/Marketing to improve penetration and net additions.
• Customer retention: identify threats and coordinate with CX, Retention, and ops teams.
• Order fulfillment: address scheduling, readiness, capacity, and conversion issues across teams.
• Cross-functional action plans: align leaders with priorities, assign owners, and track progress.
• Growth opportunities: evaluate nearby expansion, partnerships, and new sales channels.
• Market presence and intelligence: visit markets, engage with frontline teams, and community leaders.
