Job summary

Clearwave is seeking a Senior Market Manager to drive growth across a group of markets. The ideal candidate will be located in Bristol, VA | Tri-City area and may work remotely with travel.

You will lead market assessments, coordinate improvement plans, and push actions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to improve subscriber growth, retention, and revenue per customer. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience leading initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into actions.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting authority.
• Telecommunications experience is preferred.
