Responsibilities

• Market performance and planning: assess penetration, churn, ARPU, and prioritize opportunities.
• Diagnosis and problem solving using data and field input to identify root causes and actions.
• Subscriber growth: partner with Sales/Marketing to boost penetration and net adds.
• Customer retention: identify threats and coordinate responses with CX,Retention, and Ops.
• Order fulfillment: address scheduling, readiness, capacity, and conversion issues with multiple teams.
• Cross-functional action plans: align leaders around priorities with owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Growth opportunities: evaluate nearby expansion, partnerships, and new sales channels.
• Market presence and intelligence: visit markets, engage frontline teams, and learn competitive landscape.
• Communication and follow-through: provide market updates and ensure actions improve outcomes.
