Job summary

Clearwave is seeking a Senior Market Manager to lead growth across markets in the Northern Alabama and Southern Tennessee region. The role is remote with travel, focusing on market assessment, performance improvement, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

You will drive subscriber growth, optimize ARPU, and oversee order fulfillment while engaging with local communities and partners. A data-driven approach and strong leadership are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across departments.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate into practical actions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and frontline staff.
• Telecommunications experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market performance and planning: assess penetration and growth vs targets, ARPU, and order fulfillment.
• Diagnosis and problem solving using data and field observations to identify root causes.
• Drive subscriber growth by removing barriers to acquisition and improving penetration.
• Lead customer retention efforts with cross-functional teams to address service issues.
• Oversee order fulfillment by coordinating with Sales, Installation, and Repair teams.
• Develop cross-functional action plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
