Clearwave is seeking a Senior Market Manager to drive growth across multiple markets. The role combines data analysis, field engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve subscriber growth, retention, and revenue per customer.

The ideal candidate will operate in Chicagoland with remote capabilities and travel as needed, coordinating with Sales, Installation, and Customer Experience teams. Strong analytical skills and strategic judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assess business performance and deliver improvements across departments.
• Experience leading work across departments and influencing decisions without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and drive actions.
• Sound commercial judgment on how sales, customer service, and operations affect growth.

Responsibilities

• Market performance and planning. Assess penetration and growth pace, churn, ARPU, and order fulfillment; prioritize opportunities.
• Diagnosis and problem solving using performance data and field input to identify root causes and actions.
• Subscriber growth by removing barriers to acquisition and improving penetration and net adds.
• Customer retention by addressing local threats and service issues with cross-functional teams.
• Order fulfillment by coordinating with Sales, Installation, and other teams to address scheduling and readiness.
• Cross-functional action plans with owners, timelines, and tracking; escalate barriers.
• Growth opportunities through network expansion and partnerships; obtain appropriate approvals.
• Market presence and intelligence via field visits and relationships with community partners.
• Communication and follow-through with clear market updates and shared best practices.
