• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives through to completion.
• Telecommunications experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess market performance and growth opportunities; prioritize actions with highest impact.
• Identify drivers of performance gaps using data, field observations, and team input.
• Drive subscriber growth by improving penetration and new customer acquisition.
• Improve customer retention by addressing service issues and competitive threats.
• Coordinate with Sales, Installation/Repair, Construction to ensure orders convert to installed customers.
• Lead cross-functional action plans with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes.
• Explore nearby expansion opportunities and new sales channels; seek appropriate approvals.
