The role blends data analysis, field engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve subscriber growth, ARPU, and order fulfillment. Travel and cross-department coordination are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assess business performance and lead cross-department initiatives.
• Experience leading work across departments and influencing decisions without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actions.
• Understanding of how sales, customer service, and operations affect growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Market performance and planning: assess penetration and growth vs targets; prioritize opportunities with business impact.
• Diagnosis and problem solving: use data and field input to identify root causes and propose actions.
• Subscriber growth: collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve penetration and net adds.
• Customer retention: identify threats and coordinate with CX, Retention, and operations for responses.
• Order fulfillment: address scheduling, readiness, capacity, and conversion issues with relevant teams.
• Cross-functional action plans: align leaders with priorities; assign owners and timelines.
• Growth opportunities: identify nearby expansion and partnerships; secure approvals.
• Market presence and intelligence: visit markets, engage with frontline teams and community partners.
• Communication and follow-through: provide updates and ensure actions improve outcomes.
