Qualifications

• Eight years of marine construction supervisory experience on work barges or job sites.
• Knowledge of coordinating multiple crafts including pile driving, crane operations, welding, carpentry, sandblasting, and pipefitting.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
• Ability to manage safety, budgets, and schedules while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marine projects with Project Manager and Foremen.
• Coordinate objectives with General Foremen and subcontractors.
• Ensure availability of equipment and materials for project needs.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to define scope and schedule.
• Monitor costs, progress, and compliance with safety policies.
• Recruit qualified craft staff and participate in hiring decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and daily status updates.
• Enforce Orion Marine Group safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
