Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a senior operations leader to manage a fast-paced beverage production plant in Greer, SC. You will drive daily output, safety, and quality while leading a diverse team across multiple departments.

You will develop and monitor budgets, optimize resources, and implement continuous improvements to maximize yield and minimize waste. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years management experience in food/bev manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement (Six Sigma/Kaizen) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure efficient production.
• Lead safety, GMP, SQF compliance and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop personnel; manage hiring and evaluations.
• Plan, budget, and drive cost control across the plant.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to meet specs and timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
