This onsite role leads a high-volume production and distribution operation, owning performance, safety, quality, and cost results. Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, repair, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience supervising hourly employees in a high-volume operation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and production processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the performance of the assigned business unit, including operational results, productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Drive production goals through workforce planning and workflow optimization.
• Manage KPIs such as yield, CPU, throughput, and efficiency.
• Monitor dashboards and take corrective actions.
