Assurant seeks a Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume manufacturing and distribution operation in Mt Juliet, TN. You will own performance, drive productivity, and lead a team of hourly associates while partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will recruit, train, coach, and manage daily operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production, inventory, warehousing, and logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, repair, distribution, or logistics setting.
• Experience supervising hourly employees in a high-volume operation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and production processes.
• Proven track record delivering operational performance, productivity, and process improvements.
• Proficient with Excel; comfortable with data and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the performance of the assigned business unit including productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Drive production goals via workforce planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor KPIs (yield, CPU, throughput, revenue-impacting processes) and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and develop hourly associates and frontline leaders; manage performance and coaching.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize processes.
