Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, repair, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience supervising and developing hourly employees in a high-volume operation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and production processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with operational reporting and performance management tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of your assigned business unit, including operational results, productivity, quality, safety, employee engagement, and cost performance.
• Drive achievement of production goals through effective workforce planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Manage key performance indicators including yield, CPU, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor dashboards and metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with site leadership to execute strategic initiatives, capacity planning, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates and frontline leaders to achieve performance goals.
• Manage all people leadership activities including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, development, and career growth.
• Maintain training compliance and workforce readiness through training and skill development programs.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture and champion Lean and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize processes and implement new workflows.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance customer outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison across departments, shifts, and stakeholders for alignment and execution.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment adhering to policies and regulations.
• Promote a safety-first culture and support risk reduction initiatives.
