Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in light manufacturing or 1 year as Inspector preferred.
• Proficient in manual processing and receiving; meet UPH targets.
• Strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing the team; monitor production performance.
• Support supervisors in ensuring production and quality controls meet work instructions.
• Reallocate resources (people/supplies/products) to meet customer goals with supervision.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper workflow.
• Maintain daily attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation purposes.
• Participate in 5S audits and implement changes on the production floor.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Proficiently operate relevant shop floor systems as required.
• Attend and participate in daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor.
