The successful candidate will train staff, develop process improvements, and coordinate across shifts and departments to meet performance metrics while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing/repair environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or related environment.
• Ability to identify potential process and workflow improvements.
• Direct supervision and coaching of others.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage work schedules for the team.
• Assign tasks and coordinate flow of work and projects.
• Oversee training of new and existing staff.
• Develop and implement process improvements and new model introductions.
• Act as liaison between teams, shifts and departments; interact with vendors/customers.
