Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing projects and budgets.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
- Experience with highly automated manufacturing systems and data analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for production operations and optimize processes for safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Design and maintain work instructions, process docs, and SOPs.
- Lead cross-functional capital and operational improvement projects with timelines and budgets.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel/Power BI to track KPIs.
- Mentor Process Engineers and production teams in lean practices and problem solving.
- Support NPI, equipment launches, and production transfers.
