Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and plant policies in collaboration with EHS Manager.
• Set and maintain safety, quality, waste and productivity standards.
• Supervise salaried Shift Supervisors and manage staffing.
• Oversee KPI development, audits, and department meetings.
• Drive CI initiatives and evaluate capital project ROI.
