Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior MPI Engineer in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, responsible for enhancing manufacturing processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience and a degree in engineering or industrial technology.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams, enhancing safety and quality, and achieving significant cost savings. Additional skills in Lean methodologies and excellent communication are desired, alongside a focus on collaborative solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years professional experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Training and experience in Lean methodologies, Black/Green belt and Kaizens.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and lead standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide process support for key manufacturing processes across plants.
• Manage project teams to achieve cost savings.
