Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience is required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of quality experience preferred.
• Green Belt or willingness to acquire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects and deliver metric improvements.
• Communicate project status, barriers, escalations, and mitigation plans.
• Support effective onboarding of new business.
• Define, design, and report key metrics.
• Initiate and lead employee training to instill CI skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on key initiatives.
