Job summary

ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Group Lead to direct a critical production area for advanced semiconductor systems. You will develop frontline leaders, drive performance, and champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement while partnering across functions to optimize end-to-end operations.

The role emphasizes staffing, organizational readiness, and readiness for new product introductions, with a schedule that supports continuous manufacture in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ years in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of people leadership and operations management experience.
• Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent CI training.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or similar business applications.
• Hands-on manufacturing or equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop Team Leads, technicians, and frontline staff through coaching and performance management.
• Translate factory objectives into clear priorities and actionable goals for teams.
• Drive staffing, capability development, succession planning, and readiness.
• Ensure readiness for new product introductions and production ramp-ups.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and customer support to remove constraints.
