Job summary

ASML Holding in Wilton, CT seeks a Manufacturing Group Lead, JG8, to provide operational and people leadership for a manufacturing area, ensuring on-time production, quality, and readiness for new product introductions.

You will lead Team Leads and technicians, manage staffing, and drive Lean initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and sustain performance during compressed work weeks (Nights 6:00 pm–6:00 am).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation and sustainability experience.
• MS Office, SAP, ERP software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned workcenters on-shift production execution.
• Leads and provides input to module output with two week to 13 week horizon.
• Lead and develop Team Leads, module specialists, and technicians.
• Responsible for meeting staffing requirements to meet production targets.
• Drive Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross functionally to remove bottlenecks and improve end-to-end performance.
