Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to own the manufacturing value chain for electromechanical hardware. You will drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype to high-volume production, collaborating with Design Engineering to improve manufacturability and scale supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field (engineering, math, hard science).
• 8+ years in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
• Proven ability to deliver hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience leading teams and bringing up assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Own all or part of the manufacturing value chain for selected products.
• Develop novel tooling and fixturing for assembly and test.
• Create process flows by decomposing large assemblies into subassemblies.
• Write work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements.
