RTX is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Development Engineer for our Tucson, AZ site. You will lead projects across value streams, provide manufacturing support from development to production, and influence design choices to ensure producibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing process development or improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance (secret).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate projects across extended value streams.
• Develop manufacturing data packages with assembly instructions and routings.
• Provide technical input to designs and problem solving on the floor.
• Apply manufacturing engineering skills to improve processes and product designs.
• Serve as manufacturability authority within the program.
