RTX is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Development Engineer at the Tucson, AZ facility to lead manufacturing improvements across value streams and provide technical production support from early development through transition to production.

You will develop manufacturing data packages, review designs for manufacturability, and guide factory engineers to improve cost, quality, and efficiency in a highly visible program with DoD security clearance requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing production environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (secret) and interim clearance.
• Experience with design for manufacturability and CAD tools (e.g., CREO/ProE) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing and test requirements development.
• Design for manufacturing activities.
• Develop manufacturing processes and assess factory readiness to improve producibility.
• Provide technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineers.
• Identify and resolve constraints across the program.
