RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Development Engineer II for an onsite role at our Tucson, AZ facility. You will participate in manufacturing development across the value streams, translate designs into producible processes, and develop Manufacturing Data Packages to support production readiness.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years in manufacturing, plus ability to obtain DoD/ATF-related clearances. Strong process improvement and CAD/ERP tool experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing production.
• Experience with manufacturing process development or improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances (ATF and interim Secret).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in manufacturing development across the extended value stream.
• Assist in Design for Manufacturing activities and translate designs to manufacturing processes.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow, labor standards, tooling and fixtures.
• Review engineering designs and translate requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Identify and resolve constraints to improve producibility and efficiency.
