RTX is seeking a Senior Materials & Process Engineering Program Lead for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. The position requires leveraging Hardware Engineering and M&PE to design, develop, and manufacture missile hardware while meeting milestones and cost targets.

You will coordinate M&PE resources, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the RTX enterprise. A U.S.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience solving materials problems through process improvements or material choices.
• Experience with mechanical test methods or chemical analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide M&PE support for program review meetings (CCB, MRB, PCB, ERB, PMCB).
• Ensure peer reviews and M&PE position alignment with program deliverables.
• Manage workload to meet schedule needs and provide timely support.
• Lead trade studies to identify materials, properties, and processes.
• Coordinate resource use and participate in failure investigation teams.
