You will orchestrate deployment, adoption, and expansion of Workday solutions, guiding multi‑institutional and government accounts while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level.
• 8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in partnerships and strategic alignment
• 2+ years with cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader or hands-on resource.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage executive-level relationships across assigned accounts.
• Guide deployment and adoption of Workday, elevating enterprise transformation with AI features.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to position and upsell services and products.
• Support prospect sales cycles with deployment-related activities.
• Drive customer self-sufficiency and engagement with Workday services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan scope, budget, and timelines for deployments.
• Create MP-related deliverables with Success Plans and engagement strategies.
• Engage resources to support account planning and feature adoption.
