Job summary

Workday is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Higher Education practice. You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Workday deployments, managing client relationships with executive sponsors and project teams.

The role combines program leadership, delivery excellence, and strategic collaboration with Sales and Delivery leadership. You will drive planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management, and customer success across multiple engagements, ensuring profitability and referenceability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in medium/large ERP deployments.
• Experience implementing Workday or similar ERP systems (HCM/Finance/SIS).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple Workday implementations in Higher Education.
• Guide delivery including planning, staffing, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Maintain budget adherence and ensure profitable delivery across engagements.
• Collaborate with sales to shape delivery approach and SOWs.
• Mentor resources and ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
• Drive client referenceability and smooth transition to product support.
