Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships; negotiate with clients and partners.
• Ensure efficient, consistent support; drive process improvements and strategic solutions.
• Lead technology and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients; enforce safety standards.
• Manage vendor partnerships; negotiate contracts, achieve cost savings.
• Deliver Service Business Continuity plan and test biannually.
• Influence others to align with CBRE values and policies.
