Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in banking or product management.
• Strong experience with consumer/retail credit and product design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-group collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product sales strategies to drive growth with Elavon and partners.
• Coordinate with BMO, Elavon, Moneris, and sales leaders to execute strategy and use sales tools and campaigns.
• Mentor and coach team members and manage vendor relationships.
