BMO is seeking a Senior Manager, U.S. Merchant Acquiring Partners to lead the development and execution of product sales strategies with Elavon, Moneris, and BMO teams. You will drive growth across the segments you manage and align with sales leaders to optimize referrals and campaigns.

You will build strong relationships with Elavon teams and internal partners, oversee analytics, and guide strategic initiatives. Mentorship and leadership are central to this role.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking product management.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management.

• Lead the development and execution of product sales strategies to drive growth with our acquiring partner, Elavon.
• Collaborate with BMO, Moneris, and partner teams to execute strategy using scorecards, targets, and campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with regional sales leaders and key internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee analytics, reporting, risk management, and strategic initiatives for assigned segments.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members; lead cross-functional projects andVendor relationships.
