Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for U.S. Merchant Acquiring to lead sales strategy development and cross‑functional execution across partner networks. You will drive growth, enable sales teams, and manage key partnerships with Elavon and other internal partners.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic planning, and experience in banking or payments products, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking or payments products.
• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field as required.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product sales strategies to drive growth with Elavon.
• Collaborate with BMO, Moneris, and Elavon teams to execute strategy using scorecards, incentives, targets, and training.
• Build and manage relationships with regional BMO Sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Direct/vendor management for partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure commitments are met.
