Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Transmission Construction and Maintenance work plan across a large service territory. You will develop and implement strategic and labor initiatives aligned with safety, reliability and performance goals, and ensure rapid response to storms and emergencies.

You will manage a multi-layer team, control capital and maintenance budgets, and foster a high-performance culture with strong emphasis on safety and diversity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience - At least 10 years in industry, including 3-5 years in electric T&D supervisory/management.
• Knowledge of T&D operating, maintenance & construction work practices and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Drives and oversees development and implementation of strategic and labor initiatives to meet safety, reliability and performance goals.
• Manages departmental budget and balances cost control with capital and maintenance investments.
• Leads a high-performance culture, promotes diversity, and acts as a change agent for business initiatives.
