Job summary

BDO seeks a Tax Senior Manager in Digital Transformation & Innovation to drive tax technology adoption, process optimization, and data-driven decision making across the tax practice. The role focuses on change management, deploying firm-standard tax tools, and delivering training for diverse experience levels.

You will collaborate with technology, Tax leadership, and other stakeholders to create scalable solutions, ensure quality, and advance regional and firm-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• Seven (7) or more years of tax and technology experience, required.
• Two or more years of tax experience, required.
• CPA, JD, EA, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax technology tools.
• Direct development of training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Partner with technology teams to define requirements for Tax tools and solutions.
• Evaluate tax processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between Tax practice and technology teams.
