Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years’ experience in leading and mentoring staff required.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, quarterly business reviews, RFP support, and presentations.
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities.
• Oversee client support processes to ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Lead resolution of escalations involving access, reimbursement, formulary, and contracts.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation with project discipline.
• Develop and maintain workflows that support regulatory compliance and growth.
• Support management of specialty contracts to meet obligations and requirements.
