Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the North East US Solutions Architecture team. You will grow and guide a team of Solutions Architects, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong customer relationships.

You will partner with sales and the Americas revenue team to achieve regional goals, maintain technical excellence, and influence product strategy with market insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of frontline management.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy in the region and provide product gap insights.
• Source and screen potential candidates to maintain high talent standards.
