Job summary

Fivetran in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architecture team across EMEA and APJ. You will drive revenue via partners, coach the team, and coordinate with regional leaders to scale co-sell and implement best-practice architectures.

You will manage a distributed technical team, enable partners through certification programs, and collaborate with product teams to close gaps and drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed partner-facing technical team.
• Background in partner, alliance or channel motions with SI/technology partners.
• Solid understanding of the modern data stack and how it fits together.
• Track record building capability in partner or customer organisations via enablement and certification.
• Comfortable in commercial discussions including regional pipeline reviews and partner planning.

Responsibilities

• Own regional success with partner leadership counterparts and explain performance drivers.
• Define capability outcomes for the region, including certification growth and enablement strategy.
• Translate global alliance strategy into regional execution with local partners and SI teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional Partner Solutions Architecture team across EMEA and APJ.
• Own the regional coverage model and prioritisation to scale impact.
• Build and retain a high-performing team and drive career development.
• Share regional insights with global teams, highlighting gaps and roadmap requests.
• Travel ~30% across regions for planning, enablement, and events.
