Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architecture (Partner SA) team across EMEA and APJ. You will drive regional partner engagement, enablement, and co-sell strategies, while coaching a distributed technical team and coordinating with regional leaders.

The role requires deep technical insight into data integration and analytics, experience with partner ecosystems, and a proven ability to scale partnerships across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a distributed customer- or partner-facing technical team, including hiring and performance management.
• Background in partner, alliance or channel motions, with understanding of how SIs and tech partners make money.
• Strong grasp of the modern data stack and how it fits together.
• Track record building capability in partner or customer organisations through enablement programs or certifications.
• Comfortable in commercial conversations, including pipeline reviews and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Own regional success with partner leadership and explain drivers of performance.
• Set capability outcomes for the region, including certification growth and enablement strategy.
• Translate global alliance strategy into regional execution with local partners.
• Lead and develop the EMEA and APJ Partner Solution Architecture team with regular 1:1s.
• Define coverage model and prioritize partner support across geos.
• Build a high-performing team and scale as the region grows.
• Share regional insights with global product partners and internal teams, backed by data.
• Travel ~30% across both theatres for planning, enablement, and events.
