Qualifications
- Experience leading distributed, customer-oriented technical teams.
- Background in partner, alliance or channel motions.
- Strong understanding of modern data stack and how components fit together.
- Track record building capability through enablement, certification, or labs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the EMEA and APJ Partner SA team with regular 1:1s and performance conversations.
- Translate global alliance strategy into regional execution with local partner teams.
- Own regional capability outcomes and scalable operating rhythms.
- Manage coverage model and prioritization across geos and partners.
- Travel ~30% for partner planning and enablement delivery.
