Job summary

EY, a leading professional services firm in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP Core Supply Chain transformation programs across asset-intensive environments. You will advise executives, shape SAP-enabled roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities using SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and asset management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy to deployment.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Build senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster high performance.
