Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager for SAP Core Supply Chain to lead large-scale transformations involving SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery across complex programs, aligning processes with technology to create measurable business value.

You will collaborate with business and tech leaders, manage global teams, and drive client relationships while delivering high-quality risk-managed solutions across asset-intensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and asset management.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers; foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
