RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Service Management & Integration to lead FSM within SAP S/4HANA across multiple RTX business units. You will shape standardized processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

The role requires deep experience in FSM, ERP integrations, and organizational change management, with travel up to 30% and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Field Service Management or ERP transformations.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations and integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Digital Technology and operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Field Service Management within SAP S/4HANA Plan to Sustain.
• Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resources for FSM processes and integration.
• Define end-to-end FSM processes including service requests, work orders, dispatch, and completion.
