Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP ERP Transformation - Plan to Sustain (Field Service Management & Integration) to lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise Field Service Management within the SAP S/4HANA transformation across RTX units including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong FSM knowledge, and the ability to align business requirements with enterprise technology solutions.

Qualifications

Experience leading Field Service Management transformations or ERP modernization programs.
Proven ability to define requirements, manage complexity, and influence senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA service management, maintenance, and logistics capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Field Service Management processes within the SAP S/4HANA Plan to Sustain transformation.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resources for FSM process development, integration, and deployment.
Define and standardize end‑to‑end FSM processes: service requests, work orders, scheduling/dispatch, execution, and completion; ensure ERP integration.
Collaborate with business units, Digital Technology, and system integrators to specify requirements and ensure solution alignment across RTX entities.
Provide leadership for FSM solution development, testing, deployment readiness, and organizational change management.
