RTX is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP ERP Transformation - Plan to Sustain (Field Service Management & Integration) to drive enterprise FSM capabilities with SAP S/4HANA. Lead standardization, integration, and deployment across RTX units, including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon.

You will partner with Digital Technology and business leaders to align processes, manage risk, and deliver measurable improvements in service execution and operational visibility.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with extensive experience in business transformation.
• 10+ years leading Field Service Management or ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and enterprise system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FSM design, development, integration within SAP S/4HANA Plan to Sustain transformation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resources for FSM deployment.
• Ensure standardized FSM processes across RTX business units.
