Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Manager Business Systems and Transformation to support SAP MM and Finance environments across Domestic and International locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to deliver enhancements and meet compliance directives.

Candidates should have a university degree with 10+ years of SAP experience, strong SAP knowledge (functional/technical), and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 10 years SAP Materials Management and Finance experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Working knowledge of SAP (functional and technical).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP environments for Domestic and International RTX locations.
• Develop solutions and enhancements for existing SAP environments.
• Coordinate with Business Unit leaders to prioritize work for PI events.
• Provide updates to management on activities, needs, and resources.
