EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs for asset-intensive clients. You will collaborate with executives to shape roadmaps and oversee delivery across global environments, ensuring value realization.

You will mentor teams, manage multi‑discipline engagements, govern quality and risk, and drive opportunities to expand EY services while staying current on SAP capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including significant experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Travel 40%–60% willingness.

Responsabilidades

• Leading SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Managing engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management across complex programs.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Driving solution design decisions that balance business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Building and maintaining senior client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentoring and developing consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Staying current on emerging SAP Asset Management capabilities, including S/4HANA innovation and intelligent asset management solutions.
