Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs. You will advise executives, drive delivery across complex programs, and guide solution roadmaps in asset-intensive environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape strategies, oversee delivery, and unlock value from SAP investments while growing leadership and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing global or multi-site deployments.
• Willingness to travel 10–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and PM transformation programs from strategy to deployment.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, finances, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs and technology capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities and S/4HANA innovations.
