Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Asset Management and PM transformation programs across asset-intensive environments. You will partner with executives to shape roadmaps, drive SAP-enabled transformations, and ensure successful delivery of integrated asset management capabilities.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to deliver measurable business value and expand EY services through strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with cross-functional teams.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Business development and pursuit support experience.
• Travel 40%–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resources, quality and risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Shape solution design decisions balancing business needs and tech capabilities.
• Grow senior client relationships and identify EY service opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and foster high-performing teams.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities and S/4HANA innovations.
