Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformation programs.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
Experience leading global or multi-site deployments and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Operations.
Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technology capabilities.
