Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs for asset‑intensive clients in the US. You will advise executives, shape roadmaps, and drive value through SAP platforms and integrated asset management capabilities.

You will guide solution delivery across diverse teams, manage client relationships, and help expand EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice while developing leaders and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management, with leading transformation programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project‑based team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify EY service opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster a high‑performing team culture.
